CONFIRMATIONS: 

As a courtesy, confirmation emails/and or text messages are delivered two days prior to a scheduled appointment. You may change your confirmation preferences at any time.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand schedule changes and emergencies arise. If you need to cancel an appointment please allow us as much notice as possible. Your appointments are very important to us!  

PRICING:

The + sign noted after our prices indicates price variations. Hair length, texture and additional services can alter pricing.

PAYMENT:

We gladly accept cash and check. We also accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express  w/$2.00 usage fee. We are not able to give cash back on credit card transactions.

*Some stylists use the Venmo App if you are interested in cashless tipping...contact your individual stylist!

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Instant certificates make gift giving fast, fun and easy! Choose a design, enter the gift amount, personalize your selection, preview, pay and then email or print your gift certificate!
