CONFIRMATIONS: 

As a courtesy, confirmation emails/and or text messages are delivered two days prior to a scheduled appointment. You may change your confirmation preferences at any time.

CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS:

We understand schedule changes and emergencies arise. If you need to cancel an appointment 

PLEASE ALLOW US AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE. 

For booking customers with a "NO SHOW" in their customer profile, a 50% deposit will be required to book further appointments. 

SERVICE DEPOSIT: 

A 50% deposit is required for online booking  of certain services. It is non-refundable.

PRICING:

The + sign noted after our prices indicates price variations. Hair length, texture and additional services can alter pricing.

PAYMENT/TIPPING:

We greatly appreciate tips in cash. *Some stylists use the Venmo App if you are interested in cashless tipping...contact your individual stylist!

We gladly accept cash and check. We also accept debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express  w/$2.00 usage fee. We are not able to give cash back on credit card transactions.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

 Instant certificates make gift giving fast, fun and easy! Choose a design, enter the gift amount, personalize your selection, preview, pay and then email or print your gift certificate!
